CUSTOM ORDERS
Our luminaries and Glassware are made to order and all types of customizations are always welcome.
PRODUCT VARIABILITY
There will be a slight variation from one item to the next. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products. Subtle distinctions that will make your purchase special and truly one of a kind are to be expected.
UL CERTIFICATION
UL listing can be available upon request. We use all UL Listed components though our fixtures and not UL listed as a whole. All fixtures are tested and assembled by a professional prior to shipping.
CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
Our products are built to order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled if the request is made more than 5 weekdays (for luminaires) and 3 weekdays days (for glassware) after the order is placed. All changed or canceled orders will be subject to a 20% change order fee.
RETURNS
All our products are made to order and are not returnable. No non-damaged returns will be accepted without special consideration and written consent from Providence Art Glass.
WARRANTY
We proudly stand behind the products that we sell, and we guarantee the items you order to be free from defects through the manufacturer for (1) year after your purchase date. If at any time within a year you have any problems with the operation of your item, please contact customer service and we will replace the defective items.
DAMAGE POLICY
Report your receipt of the damaged product within 48 hours (2 business days) of your order delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier and work with you to get your replacement parts or product to you as fast as possible.
