Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and in its original packaging.  If your item was delivered damaged, we will need photographs of both the item(s) and the box(es) they were shipped in.  The request will be assessed by the production and shipping managers who will get back to you within 2 business days.  Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Custom items are not eligible for return.  This includes but is not limited to: non-standard glass colors, hardware finishes, canopy sizes, or fixture dimensions. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange your item for a different style, size or color, please reach out to us immediately and we will do our best to work with you. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at terence@providenceartglass.com
